01. General Information & Effective Date

These terms and conditions apply to the ba8880 website (ba8880.best) and all associated mobile applications and services. ba8880 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh.

03. Deposit Rules

• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by opening multiple accounts
• Attempting to access the system via hacking, viruses, or automated bots
• Accessing or using another user's account credentials
• Colluding or engaging in group betting in a way that harms other players
• Using ba8880 for money laundering purposes
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in ba8880's software or game engine

If any such activity is detected, ba8880 will immediately close the account, forfeit all winnings, and pursue legal action if necessary.

08. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Ba8880 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

09. Responsible Gaming
